The second season, in a new avatar, chronicles the life of new (Choti) Simar, who is the youngest of the siblings and much like (Badi) Simar, she is rooted in her values and principles and dreams of making her mark in the field of music. On the other hand, Geetanjali Devi belongs to an old school of thought and is seeking for an unambitious girl for her grandson Aarav, who is willing to put her family above her dreams. She gives the responsibility to Badi Simar to find a suitable match, and as their lives intertwine and their ideologies clash, begins Choti Simar’s journey of discovering a new life and relationships.
